Not A Good Buy

I bought oaxis ebook when I was transit in Changi airport a month a go. After I charged the device, I try to read the manual inside the ebook. At first it was Ok, altough it's a bit slow. But then after 15 mins, the letters slowly dissapear, the screen went blank. So I contact the store's costumer service, and they agree to give me a new one if I can return the device within 1 month. Luckily, few days ago I got a chance to change the device. But again, I faced with some problems, it worked so slow, not responsive, and I can't use some of the bottons, such as the buttons to enlarge/zoom in/zoom out the letters. It's not easy for me to return this product, since it was bought inside the airport.. :( Defenitely not recommended!

Good but impractical

I bought this device on a whim while passing through Changi Airport. It performs perfectly adequately however there is no support and it seems impossible to buy ebooks for this device. All that it seems useful for is reading pdfs that aren't encoded. So I can download and read classics that are free, but not the latest books that you can read on a Kindle or other device.
