How do I purchase from Netbooks.com.sg?
First, create an account with us (on http://www.netbooks.com.sg/login.php?action=create_account).An email will be automatically sent to your registered email address upon successful account creation. Login (http://www.netbooks.com.sg/login.php) and add the product you are purchasing to your shopping cart. At the check out, your purchase will be submitted.
What happens after I've submitted my purchase?
You'll hear from us to keep you updated on your purchase status, whether if your item has been sent out to your indicated destination.
The prices shown on your site - are they the final prices?
The prices published on this site are nett prices, as what you will be paying for.
What is your store's order cancellation policy?
Please note that with effect 13th December 2010, a revised fee of $50.00 administration charge is payable for order cancellation after we have processed your order with our distribution channels.
However, you may cancel an order by emailing us via sales@netbooks.com.sg or on this Contact Us page within the same day of your order submission to withhold it from being processed.
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can choose to make payment from any of the below methods:
You may perform a fund transfer via your Internet Banking account to our OCBC bank account by adding us as your payee with the details as shown below. Please understand that the banks will take 1~2 working days to process the transfer before it is reflected on our account as successful payment.

Otherwise, payment by cash or cheque is also possible. Please note that we only accept cheque issued by registered company for corporate purchases. Cheque may be couriered to us within 30 days on goods received.
For cash payment on delivery, your purchase amount is limited to S$2000.00 as stated by our preferred courier service provider, TA-Q-BIN Collect. The collection fares stated on TA-Q-Bin website will be payable by us.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered by the original brands and manufacturers' warranty as per any new item. They are all packed and quality-sealed by the brands themselves.
Do you ship/deliver overseas?
Currently, we only do local sales in Singapore. For overseas purchase, we cannot gurantee fulfilment but we are open for discussions.
