How do I purchase from Netbooks.com.sg?
First, create an account with us (on
http://www.netbooks.com.sg/login.php?action=create_account).An email will be automatically sent to your registered email address upon successful account creation. Login (http://www.netbooks.com.sg/login.php) and add the product you are purchasing to your shopping cart. At the check out, select your preferred options (mode of payment, self-collection, delivery) and submit your purchase.

What happens after I've submitted my purchase?
You'll hear from us to keep you updated on your purchase status, whether is it ready for self-collection or to arrange for a convenient date and time to make delivery to you. We'll also inform you if the product you've purchased is out of stock.

Why are your prices cheaper than most(if not all) stores I've compared with?
We trim down the unnecessary costs, providing only what you want (no hidden/'freebies' costs) at the best prices available. The below questions and answers will make it clearer for you.

Why should I do cash and carry?
Our prices are discounted for cash and carry. Unlike other stores which will include delivery surcharge into their retail prices, irrelevant whether you have requested for delivery or not, we choose not to do so as this will mean everyone pays a higher price even if you will to do a self-collection.

Why don't you have a retail shop that I can browse?
You do not have to pay for the shop space rental fees that these shops include in their pricing. Our products are new, fully packed and sealed with the manufacturers' warranty as you will get from those shops.

The prices shown on your site - are tax inclusive?
The prices published on this site are nett prices, as what you will be paying for.

I choosed cash and carry for shipping. Where can I collect and pay for my purchase?
Our collection location is at Yew Tee Square (formerly known as Yew Tee Shopping Centre, postal code is 680624) - it is just beside the Yew Tee MRT station (NS5 along the North South SMRT route). There are POSB, DBS, OCBC, Citibank ATMs nearby for your convenience, if necessary. 

Its not possible for me to do a self-collection. Can you deliver?
Yes, we can do delivery (in mainland Singapore). Kindly note that there is a $20 delivery charge.

What is your store's order cancellation policy?
Please note that with effect 1st April 2009, a $80.00 administration charge is payable for order cancellation after submission of purchase confirmation.

Do you provide RAMs upgrade?
Yes, we do provide the service of RAMs upgrade. Let us know which brand/model of netbook do you intend to upgrade on its RAM and how much to increase to. Fulfilment of request is subjected to the particular netbook's limitation(hardware/software).

How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay by cash on self-collection/delivery. For corporate/company purchases, we accept cheque. If you have an Internet Banking account, you can pay via Bank Deposit/Fund Transfer.

Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered by the original brands and manufacturers' warranty. They are all packed and quality-sealed by the brands themselves.

Do you ship/deliver overseas?
Currently, we only do local sales in Singapore. For overseas purchase, we cannot gurantee fulfilment but we are open for discussions. Kindly note that for purchases from overseas, only credit/debit card payment via PayPal is available and the shipment charges are applicable.
