Returns Policy

All orders come with manufacturer original warranty. It may be possible to return, subjected to our discretion and the manufacturer's verification on conditions of the goods being faulty, broken or incorrect for full refund, notified to our attention within 2 days of delivery, at your own cost. Otherwise, goods sold are not refundable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order by emailing us via sales@netbooks.com.sg or on this Contact Us page within the same day of your order submission to withhold it from being processed. 

Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $50 is chargeable for submitted orders which we have proceeded with our distribution channels.

Delivery

Our delivery policy is in line with that of our preferred courier service provider, TA-Q-BIN. Please visit their website for further details.

Delivery is for local registered address in Singapore, including Sentosa only. There is no additional charge for delivery.

Payments

You may pay via fund transfer to our OCBC corporate account (Bank code: 7339, Branch code: 673, Account number: 866547001) or cash on delivery (limited to maximum of $2000.00 only as stipulated by TA-Q-BIN). There is no additional charge for paying by cash on delivery.

For corporate purchases, we accept cheque.

Our modes of payment are fuss-free and safe as there is no sending of your credit/debit cards information online.
